At Kawaakari Jewellery, every silver piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If something isn't right, we're here to help with a fair and transparent return process.

 

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is delivered damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The return request is submitted within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all tags, certificates, and accessories.
  • Show no signs of damage caused after delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Engraved products.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and your order number.
  • Our team will review the request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an approval or rejection notification.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect products received.
  • Size-related issues (if applicable and stock is available).

6. Return Shipping

  • If the error is from our side, return shipping will be covered by Kawaakari Jewellery.
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
